Lylo Books ("we", "us") sells digital children's books at lylobooks.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We keep it simple because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Your email address — so we can send your download links and receipts, and reply if you contact us.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic technical data — standard web/server logs and security data (via Cloudflare) to keep the site running and safe.

How we use it

Only to deliver your books, send your receipt/links, provide support, and operate and secure the site. That's it.

We do not sell your data

We never sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Service providers we use

• Stripe — payment processing (see stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — sending your download/receipt emails
• Cloudflare — site hosting, delivery and security

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed for checkout and security. We do not use advertising cookies on our site.

Children's privacy

Our books are for children, but our store is intended for parents and adults to purchase. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time — just email us.
